I know that I have the best dad in the world. I am daddy’s little girl so I get everything that I want. For my 18th birthday, he gave me one of the most memorable gifts that I have ever received. What made it very memorable was the way that he gave it to me.

When I woke up on my birthday, I saw a gold chain bracelet beside my bed. Attached to it was a note saying that I had to find the 18 charms that come with it. He left clues that lead me to the places where I could find them. I scavenged through my house and was lead to a couple of my close friends. When I got the 17th charm, I was wondering where the 18th could be found. I ended up in my best friend’s house. Turns out that they had a surprise party for me! That is where I found the last charm.

I never forgot this day. Until now, I still keep my gold bracelet in its proper box. I never forget to wear this when there is a special occasion. Thanks to my dad, I have the best bracelet that a girl can ever have.
